+To get in touch and carry out the commercial service and the assessment you requested.

+To forward your registration to Genial Investimentos when necessary to enable products and services.

+To improve the website and the browsing experience.

Legal basis

Processing rests, as the case may be, on your consent, on preliminary steps towards a contract at your request, on Euro3's legitimate interest in serving you and on compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, under articles 7 and 11 of the LGPD.

Who we share it with

We may share data with Genial Investimentos and institutions within its structure, to enable the service and the products; with technology providers operating under contract (for example, hosting and CRM); and with authorities when required by law or by regulatory determination.

Euro3 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
